NMPBX is a cloud-based business phone system, sometimes called hosted VoIP. Your calls travel over your internet connection rather than a copper phone line, and the system itself runs in UK data centres rather than a box in your server cupboard.
In practice that means your team can make and take business calls from a desk phone, a Windows computer or a mobile, using the same number and the same features wherever they are. On top of the calling, every conversation is transcribed and scored for tone and outcome, so you can see how calls are actually going instead of guessing.
One monthly price per user covers the lot: the system, your UK calling, the AI features, support, training and setup. Handsets can be included through a hardware fund if you need them.
NMPBX is part of Netmatters, a Norfolk technology group of over 100 staff covering telecoms, IT, software development, web and support. We are not a reseller putting our name on someone else's platform. We own and operate the system, which is why we can price it the way we do and fix things without raising a ticket with a third party.
Support is UK-based and in-house. When you call, you reach the people who work on the product, not an outsourced call centre.
